You can find the most frequent asked questions below:

1. I can't login after the registration. How can that be?

Reliability is an important aspect of I-deal Overstock. Therefore we always have a personal meeting with a manufacturer and buyer before creating an account. After registering, we will contact you as soon as possible to make an appointment.

2. I don't see any auctions after logging in. How can that be?

All auctions of I-deal Overstock are closed. This means that buyers only see auctions, which manufacturers have invited them for. Manufacturers can only see their own auctions.

3. I forgot my password. How can I receive a new password?

Click here to receive a new password.

4. How can I place a bid?

If you click on an auction in the auction overview, you will enter a screen with the detailed auction information. On the right side of this screen you will find an area called ‘Place a bid'. After you have entered a bid and have agreed with the terms (mark the white square) you can confirm the bid by clicking on the button ‘Place bid'. You will receive a confirmation of the bid by e-mail.

5. What are the differences between the auction methodes ‘Blind', ‘Blind with feedback' en ‘Common bid'?

Blind auction (without feedback): auction, where the bids and number of bids are not shown on the Internet auction. The auction always ends on the mentioned end time.

Blind auction with feedback: auction, where the bids and number of bids are not shown on the Internet auction. The bidder will receive feedback via e-mail if he has placed the highest bid. If the highest bidder is outbid, the bidder will receive an e-mail for notification. The bidder has the possibility to place a new bid. The auction always ends on the mentioned end time.

Common bid: auction, where the bids and number of bids are shown on the Internet auction. A bid must be higher than the previous bid. If the highest bidder is outbid, the bidder will receive an e-mail for notification. The bidder has the possibility to place a new bid. If a new bid is placed within 5 minutes of the end time of the auction, the auction will automatically be extended with 5 minutes.
